Payments & Billing Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience seamless through secure and transparent payment practices.

1 Payment Methods Accepted

  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfer
  • International Payments (via authorised gateways)
  • Offline payments for bulk orders

All payments must be made in full before dispatch.

2 Invoicing

An invoice will be shared with you via email/WhatsApp containing:

  • Order details
  • Tax breakdown
  • Shipping charges
  • Fumigation/handling charges (if applicable)

For bulk or hotel orders, an invoice will be issued post-order confirmation.

3 International Taxes & Duties

  • Import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, and clearance charges are NOT included in product prices.
  • These must be paid by the customer directly to local customs officials.

4 Payment Confirmation

Once payment is received, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation
  • Estimated production timeline
  • Shipping updates

5 Failed/Delayed Payments

In case a payment fails, please retry using another method or contact your bank.

Unpaid orders will not be processed.
