Payments & Billing Policy
We aim to make your shopping experience seamless through secure and transparent payment practices.
1 Payment Methods Accepted
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Bank Transfer
- International Payments (via authorised gateways)
- Offline payments for bulk orders
All payments must be made in full before dispatch.
2 Invoicing
An invoice will be shared with you via email/WhatsApp containing:
- Order details
- Tax breakdown
- Shipping charges
- Fumigation/handling charges (if applicable)
For bulk or hotel orders, an invoice will be issued post-order confirmation.
3 International Taxes & Duties
- Import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, and clearance charges are NOT included in product prices.
- These must be paid by the customer directly to local customs officials.
4 Payment Confirmation
Once payment is received, you will receive:
- Order confirmation
- Estimated production timeline
- Shipping updates
5 Failed/Delayed Payments
In case a payment fails, please retry using another method or contact your bank.
Unpaid orders will not be processed.
