  • Customised orders: 10–20 business days depending on design complexity and quantity

Once processed, your items will be shipped immediately through our delivery partners.

4. Fumigation & Handling

For international shipments, fumigation and special handling charges are applied based on actuals. This ensures that all packages meet global safety and compliance standards.

  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

6. Packaging & Breakage Protection

Since many of our products are fragile and handcrafted, each shipment is packed with multilayer cushioning, wooden supports (where required), and shock-resistant materials.

Despite rigorous packaging, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and videos of the unboxing.
